  1. Voluntary Participation & Consent. I confirm that I am participating in the Miss & Mrs Andhra beauty pageant voluntarily and of my own free will. I confirm that I have provided my consent to participate and, wherever applicable, have obtained the consent of my parent/legal guardian.
  2. Responsibility & Liability. I understand that participation in the event involves certain activities and risks. I agree to participate responsibly and follow all instructions given by the organisers. The organisers, management, sponsors, partners and associated persons shall not be held responsible for any injury, loss, damage, illness, accident or unforeseen incident arising during or in connection with my participation, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
  3. Registration & Participation Fee. I understand that the registration/participation fee paid for the pageant is subject to the terms communicated by the organisers. Once my registration is confirmed, the fee shall not be refundable except where the organisers specifically provide otherwise.
  4. Judging & Results. I understand that the selection of finalists, winners and award recipients will be based on the criteria and judging process determined by the organisers and/or appointed judges. The decision of the judging panel regarding the results shall be final, subject to applicable law.
  5. Photographs, Videos & Publicity. I give permission to the organisers to photograph, record and/or film me during the event and to use my photographs, videos, name and related content for legitimate event-related publicity, promotional activities, social media, advertising and future event promotion, without additional payment, subject to applicable law.
  6. Code of Conduct. I agree to maintain respectful and appropriate behaviour throughout the event and to follow the instructions, rules and guidelines communicated by the organisers. The organisers reserve the right to take appropriate action, including disqualification, in cases of serious misconduct, misrepresentation, harassment, abusive behaviour or violation of event rules.
  7. Accuracy of Information. I confirm that all information and documents submitted by me during registration are true, accurate and complete. I understand that providing false or misleading information may result in cancellation of my participation or disqualification.
  8. Acceptance of Terms. By signing this registration form, I confirm that I have read, understood and voluntarily accepted the above terms and conditions and agree to abide by the rules and guidelines of the Miss & Mrs Andhra pageant.
  9. Responsibility During and After the Event. The organisers shall be responsible for the participant only for matters directly related to the official activities of the Miss & Mrs Andhra pageant during the scheduled event and at the official event venue. Once the participant leaves the event venue or the official event activities conclude, the participant shall be solely responsible for her own safety, travel, personal belongings, actions and decisions. The organisers shall not be responsible for any subsequent incident, loss, injury, damage or other circumstance occurring after the conclusion of the official event, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
